Wild Berry Associates is looking for a new Customer Support Officer, available immediately for a great organisation within central London, supporting their US charity customers. They are looking for a candidate with strong communications skills and passionate about helping others.This is an initial 3-month contract, fully remote, with training given. The first 2 weeks will be a 9 - 5 work pattern to incorporate training, but as you will be supporting the USA, the 1pm - 9:30pm work pattern will start in week 3.What you''ll be doing:Front-line support for companies, donors, fundraisers and charities.Working with parent company support colleagues.Managing queries.Listening and disseminating customer feedback.On-boarding and platform management.
