A Warehouse Team Leader is required to join a Malvern based company who provide installation and maintenance services to commercial and industrial businesses across the UK. A hands-on role overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. Experiencing continued growth, they are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the small team. Key responsibilities for the Warehouse Team Leader include -Supervising store-persons, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and that health and safety is adhered toOperating counterbalance forklift trucks to manoeuvre stock around the siteOverseeing daily warehouse and yard operations, ensuring timely coordination of goods in/outManaging stock control processes, including managing inventory, labelling and maintaining optimal stock levelsPlanning and coordinating transport and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and customer ordersConducting regular audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvementIdeal skills and experience -Due to the location of the site, a full driving license is preferredA valid forklift licence would be beneficialProcess-oriented with a solid understanding of warehouse safety practicesCompetent with computers and stock management systemsStrong organisational and time management skillsOn offer for this Warehouse Team Leader role -Starting salary of 25-30,000p/aMonday to Friday working 8am - 4:30pm20 days holiday plus bank holidaysOnsite parkingIf you have experience in warehouse operations and are ready ..... full job details .....
