This is a varied and hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, common sense, and a strong understanding of probate and private client matters.Key Responsibilities:Document ManagementOpen and process all incoming post each morning.Scan and save documents into the Redbrick case management system.Email scanned documents to the remote solicitor promptly.Scan and forward documents dropped off by clients. Client InteractionGreet clients who visit the office and take detailed enquiries.Handle incoming phone calls and take accurate messages.Provide initial information and reassurance to clients where appropriate.
