Are you a project manager, with experience in leading eco friendly refurbishments, looking to join a young, fast growing company which operates across the Midlands and Staffordshire, that offers progression and a performance related bonus?

Are you experienced in leading residential and commercials works and looking for a role that offers excellent opportunities for progression and a Christmas shutdown?

This company was established less than half a decade ago and since then has seen a significant growth in projects and headcount. The company offer project management services to the construction industry, leading commercial and residential projects.

The business pride themselves on their eco friendly projects, including insulation solutions, with some reducing residential heating consumptions by nearly half. Operating primarily across the Midlands up to Burnley, they are looking to expand their market across the UK.

In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to work on projects ranging from five figures to seven figures in a spread of industries. You must ensure health and safety standards are followed and industry regulations are complied with. You must support clients throughout and coordinate logistics with subcontractors.

The Role:

• Core hours: 9 - 5 Monday - Friday, mostly, four days on site and a day in the office
• Be involved in projects from inception to completion ensuring they are completed within scope and budget
• Co-ordinate subcontractors and ensure client deadlines are being met
• Follow health and safety standards and maintain compliancy with industry relevant standards
• When in the office, work to bringing in more projects for the business and complete necessary documentation
• Attend reviews held by the Directors to ensure all projects being completed are on time and exceeding quality expectations

The Person:

• Experience in a project manager role
• Experience with refurbishments, or the construction industry
