We are partnering with a large Manufacturing business as they look to hire a Sales Manager to join them. The successful candidate will be focusing on driving sales revenue, developing existing accounts, developing new business and building strong commercial relationships.

Sales Manager – Responsibilities & Requirements

• The successful candidate must have experience within manufacturing, ideally within the packaging industry 
• Manage and grow existing accounts, as well as identify and convert new opportunities
• Confident working to targets
• Promote the full product portfolio to customers across the designated territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients 
• Work collaboratively with internal teams 
• A consistent focus on customer satisfaction and retention 
• Strong commercial acumen along with excellent interpersonal skills 
• Focus on sales revenue and growth 
• Ensuring all work and records are kept accurate and up-to-date 
• Ensure that your sales pipeline is maintained accurately
• Reliable, organised and able to work autonomously 
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must!
