This is the ideal job for someone looking to make a move from agency to in-house or for someone looking for an international in-house role within the exciting Fintech industry.Backed by banking giant Santander, we hired over 850 people last year and are likely do hire a similar amount this year, as we build on our reputation as a multi-award-winning Fintech operating internationally in more than 30 countries with more than 1,800 Eburians driving us forward.The JobYou will be part of a recruitment team working cross-functionally and internationally to source candidates for a diverse range of vacancies.Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other social networksScreen candidates CVs and job applicationsAssess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methodsGuide candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive candidate experience, irrespective of outcome.Maintain candidates interest and engagement with Ebury, managing their expectations and negotiating at the offer stage.Understand the teams needs and requirements to find the best candidate for each open roleNetwork across the company building strong relationships with internal customers at all levels.Diary management and interview bookingsEnsure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system (Greenhouse)
About YouA proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house/TA Experience of volume recruitment is beneficialExperience in recruitment within Financial Services or Sales is beneficial.Fluent EnglishAdditional languages are an advantageHighly organised and autonomousExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly service-orientated
