This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the full operational lifecycle of the facility, from logistics and warehousing through to customer service. You ll be instrumental in ensuring efficient, timely, and compliant distribution of pharmaceutical products, while also driving exceptional customer experience in line with company ethics and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute a strategic logistics and customer service plan that aligns with the company s operational goals. Oversee the day-to-day running of logistics functions, including warehousing, inventory management, order fulfilment, and courier partnerships. Implement and manage all health and safety protocols in line with regulatory and advisory guidance. Drive a culture of continuous improvement across supply chain, logistics, and customer service departments. Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as PCA50, call metrics (e.g. average call length, answer time), customer satisfaction, and refund values. Ensure full compliance with GDP, GPhC guidelines, and all applicable pharmaceutical distribution regulations. Develop robust working relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and courier services, optimising service levels and cost efficiency.
