Team Leader
We are recruiting for a Team Leader to work for an outstanding organisation which has residential homes across the UK.You will lead and support a team of care staff in delivering high-quality person-centred care to adults in a residential setting ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities:You will supervise and support care staff in daily operationsEnsure care plans are implemented and regularly reviewedMaintain compliance with CQC standards and organisational policiesManage rotas, staff allocation, and ensure adequate coverHandle safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriatelyLiaise with families, professionals, and external agenciesMonitor health and safety within the homeMaintain accurate records and documentationEssential Skills and Experience Include:Ability to motivate and guide a team effectivelyExcellent communication skillsAbility to handle challenges calmly and professionallyTime management and prioritisationUnderstanding of person centered care principlesCompetent in using care management systems and Microsoft OfficeYou will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an adults care setting preferably with learning disabilities Previous supervisory or senior care role experienceExperienc in developing care plans and conducting risk assessmentsFamiliar with CQC standards and safeguarding proceduresLevel 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essentialUp to date mandatory ..... full job details .....
