Lead Engineer

Right now, we''re looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance and fault analysis of mechanical building operations.Responsibilities
Review health and status of critical building systems / report on site resilienceIssue and manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with contract requirementsComplete planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with contract requirementsAddress additional requests and project tasksDeliver cost savings through identification and implementation of process efficienciesSub-contractor management including review of works deliveredManagement of team and individual HandS as per Skanska processesAttend site in a timely manner as participant in the site call-out rotaQualifications
Minimum of Mechanical/Electrical City and Guilds level 2, NVQ level 3Experience working in an FM/Building services environmentExperience of BMS and critical building systemsIOSH managing safely / NEBOSHExperience of managing / leading engineers and Sub contractorsEqual opportunities
