You''ll be working for a global organisation, reporting into the European HR Director. This role will offer a great deal of autonomy for the direction of the People strategy in the UK.DescriptionThe Head of HR will:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programmes to attract top talent.Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.Lead performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organisational change.Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively communicated.Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.ProfileA successful Head of HR should have:Previous experience in a senior HR role, within a regulated environment across multiple sites.
