Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead - Outside IR35Our client is looking for a Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead. Candidates will be involved in designing, building, reviewing, and deploying Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment with the client''s development standards and Salesforce best practices. Day to day you will be actively coding, reviewing work, shaping technical decisions, and driving continuous improvement across the team.Skills and Experience required:* Strong Salesforce technical leadership capability in enterprise environments.* Extensive hands on experience with:o Apexo Lightning Web Components (LWC)/Aurao Salesforce configuration and data model design* Strong understanding of:o Salesforce architectureo Service Cloudo Experience Cloudo Salesforce Classic (where applicable)o Agentforce Public Services (and Omnistudio)* Good knowledge of DevOps processes and CI/CD in Salesforce environments.The position is based on a hybrid working model with candidates expected to be on site for a minimum of two days per week in London Stratford.
