This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied transactional finance work and is confident working independently within a small finance team. You will be supporting a Finance Controller and Accounts Assistant, so the role would suit someone who is comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day finance processes. The RoleThis is a hands-on position covering a broad range of finance duties including:Daily bank reconciliations using SageManaging and raising contract and long-term hire invoicingMonitoring outstanding debt and supporting the credit control processProcessing purchase ledger invoices and maintaining the ledgerAssisting with payment runsCompleting monthly purchase ledger reconciliationsSupporting with weekly account reconciliationsHandling finance-related administration and internal queries The role will involve working closely with other departments and helping ensure the day-to-day finance function runs smoothly.
