Work with customers daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional modelsUnderstand business requirements and document themDesign and build the corresponding Pigment applicationsTrain or co-build with the customer so they are self-sufficient in the solutionParticipate in and/or lead UAT and deploymentIntegrate source software and migration solutions (connectors and APIs)Act as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team to develop the best planning platformLead cross-functional projects to develop and improve best-in-breed methodology and processesWho you are

Exceptionally skilled in building complex systems and explaining them to all stakeholders so they are simple to use and maintainComfortable with a high volume of unstructured data that you’ll structure and validateA great learner, especially of new domains, as we support diverse customer use casesSkilled at building trusted relationships with empathy and dedicationStrategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous startup environmentAble to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond to customer needsExperience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervisionFluent in English; French or additional European languages is an advantageMBA or other relevant advanced degree preferredWhat we offer
