Oversee and coordinate multiple subcontractors on siteEnsure the site is maintained to a clean, safe, and professional standardMonitor programme delivery and provide regular progress reportingEnsure full CDM compliance and adherence to HandS proceduresManage scheduling, quality standards, and project documentationCandidate Requirements

Proven site management experience on construction projectsStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience in managing subcontractors and maintaining site safetyFamiliarity with programme and reporting requirementsBackground in hard metal roofing (standing seam / aluminium) is highly desirable, but not essential
