We''re hiring a Senior HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, nationwide organisation on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a hands-on role leading on employee relations and HR operations in a lean team.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established, family-run organisation operating nationally with a strong presence across retail and distribution environments. With a workforce of over 2,000 employees and a network of sites across the UK, they pride themselves on long employee tenure, community focus, and a people-first culture.DescriptionManage a shared HR and Payroll inbox, triaging and resolving high-volume queriesLead on employee relations cases including grievances and disciplinariesSupport regional managers across multiple sites nationwideProvide practical HR advice in a fast-paced retail/operational settingOwn HR processes end-to-end with minimal supervisionSupport skilled worker visa and right-to-work complianceAssist with payroll queries and liaise with offshore teamsDeliver HR inductions and support onboarding processesIdentify and address recurring people issues (e.g. communication gaps)Contribute to HR projects and organisational change initiativesProfileA successful Senior HR Advisor should have:Proven experience in a hands-on HR Advisor or Senior HR roleStrong employee relations experience (grievances, investigations, hearings)Confident working independently in a lean HR structure and taking ownershipExperience supporting operational, retail, or warehouse ..... full job details .....
