In this role, the Technical Manager will: Drive and maintain productive relationships with key retail customers, acting as a trusted technical partner. Provide expert input into customer strategies, ensuring technical excellence and product integrity every step of the way. Take ownership of customer specifications, making sure they re accurate, up-to-date, and clearly communicated across the business. Lead on the resolution of product quality issues, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions. Monitor product performance through the supply chain, safeguarding quality, freshness, and compliance with industry standards.
