You will play a critical role in delivering scalable solutions, managing system integrations, and supporting core business applications for Sales, Finance and Operations for the UK market. You will engineer new capabilities, ensure seamless interoperability between platforms, and drive the performance and reliability of existing systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions that are innovative and resilient, combining hands-on engineering with strategic thinking to improve existing applications and design scalable, future-ready solutions aligned with business objectives.What you\''ll be doing

Build New Solutions: design and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications and services to meet evolving business needsTake full ownership of the solutions you create, from design, testing and deployment to observation and maintenanceWork closely with stakeholders to align technical outcomes with intended business valueSystems Integration: design and implement integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecturesEnsure data integrity, availability, and security across connected systemsModernise legacy integrations and advocate for reusable, modular integration patternsEvaluate and implement appropriate technologies for integration (e.g., REST APIs, ETL tools, message queues, middleware platforms)Support and Improve Existing Applications and Integrations: own the stability, performance, and reliability of existing business-critical applications and integrationsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in production environmentsImplement enhancements to drive usability, speed, and scalabilitySet up proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain system healthLeadership and Collaboration: establish and uphold best practices for software development, integration, testing, and deploymentReview code and designs to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business needsPartner with other teams in Tech Europe to ensure smooth delivery of technical projectsWhat we\''re looking for

Strong experience delivering enterprise integrations, APIs, and event-driven middlewareJava, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, JavaScript, Unix (Solaris, Linux), IDEs (Eclipse or IntelliJ), Git/GitHub, Node.jsHands-on experience integrating with Finance ERPs (Dynamics 365 and SAP desirable), HR, and third-party SaaS platformsProficient in data transformation and complex data handling (JSON, XML) with experience in Informix, SQL Server and PostgreSQLSolid understanding of secure deployments with CI/CD pipelines and environment managementExposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and low-code architectureConfident engaging with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsAbility to own solutions end-to-end with focus on long-term maintainability, scalability, and business impactFamiliarity with C code, Spring Boot, Maven or Gradle; AWS and Azure desirableWhat\''s In It For You
