Role : Photocopier Engineer OR Semi-Skilled EPOS / ATM / IT Hardware Engineer
Location: Norfolk

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Photocopier / MFD Engineer or a semi-skilled engineer from an EPOS, ATM, IT hardware or similar electro-mechanical background to step into a supportive, structured environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and working as part of a high-performing on-site support team.
 
About the Role
 
Working on-site, you''ll provide hands-on support across a range of print and document technologies. You''ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, completing repairs, carrying out routine maintenance, and ensuring equipment uptime for a key client location.
You''ll work closely with the wider engineering and service teams to maintain a high standard of service delivery and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical faults on MFDs / photocopiers
• Support basic fault-finding across print and IT-connected devices
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and component replacements
• Assist with equipment configuration and installations
• Work within agreed SLAs and maintain accurate service call logs
• Report recurring issues to support proactive resolution
• Maintain site stock levels and ensure parts are used efficiently
• Build strong working relationships with on-site users and support teams
• Attend manufacturer or in-house training to maintain technical proficiency
