What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with senior stakeholders across the UK and Nordics to deliver people strategies that drive performance and culture
Lead on employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Implement HR initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and leadership capability
Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and policy alignment, balancing daily delivery with long-term projects
What You’ll Bring
5–7 years’ HR experience, ideally stepping up from HR Manager or Supervisor level
Strong expertise in UK employment law and proven stakeholder influence
Experience in matrix organisations and multi-country HR operations
Resilience, agility, and confidence to balance empathy with accountability
