Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of cleaning contracts worth approx. £600,000 across multiple client sites. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. Lead, support, and develop site-based cleaning teams to deliver outstanding service. Conduct regular site audits and ensure all operations comply with health and safety and company standards. Monitor contract performance and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
