Learning and Development Advisor Initial 12 Month Contract Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria 47.86 Per Hour (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35) The Role Support the rollout of an AI tool across the management and leadership team across the business.Provides specialist advice including facilitation of refinement, development planning, design and delivery of solutions in their area of expertise.Reviews data to identify solutions that improve performance.Advocates of key tools e.g. Success Factors, able to transfer system knowledge across the Business.Supports projects to deliver agreed business/functional outcomes.Contributes to steering/working groups to deliver Centre of Expertise (COE) requirements.
