As an EMEA Cash Equities Central Risk Book (CRB) Trader in Global Equities you will work in close partnership with our technology and quant research professionals to enhance client execution through systematic liquidity provision, research and implement strategies to improve desk profitability and manage the risk and operation of our systematic trading.

EMEA Cash Equities provides risk and agency-trading capabilities to global clients executing in EMEA-listed stocks. The EMEA CRB team is spread across Paris and London. As such, this role can be based in either of our Paris or London offices.Job responsibilitiesResearch and implementation of trading signals and liquidity provision strategies in EMEA cash equities and futuresOversight and development of the systematic risk management of the desks portfolio using risk models and optimisersDevelopment of risk pricing and execution cost models to reduce costs and improve profitabilityCollaborate proactively with the CRB technology and quant research team members, as well as with the global CRB teamBuild and maintain relationships with clients of the CRB trading services in these marketsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience trading and managing risk in EMEA marketsProven trading track record of systematic trading profitability and understanding of common systematic trading strategiesFluency in quantitative data analysis using latest tools, preferably python, pandas and KDBOrganizational and time management skillsStrong communication, both real-time and technical communicationThis role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity.
