Overview

As a PMO Lead you will be a part of the Insurance Practice where we help insurance companies transform the way they do business through digital powered customer experience and analytics/cognition enabled business transformation. Our transformation consulting framework enables modernization and complete digitalization of insurance organization. Leading practices include - Sales and Distribution Transformation, POS Transformation, Underwriting Transformation, Claims Transformation.Purpose of the Role

The role will have a primary focus, supporting the delivery of one of our core strategic deals.Responsibilities

Support the successful delivery and execution of major strategic programmes and projectsTrack project expenses related to staff, vendors, infrastructure, licensesProvide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings and analysis and make recommendationsTrack and improve financial status by analysing results and monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actionsAct as conduit amongst Squad Leads and Project Managers, Technology Finance and the Governance and Business Management teams on all aspects of Program governance and administrationLead and support the PMO teamReport and escalate key risks and issues to management as neededQualifications
