Own and evolve our CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and aligned with modern DevOps practicesChampion DevOps principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement across teamsBuild and manage scalable, secure, and observable infrastructure using Terraform and other Infrastructure-as-Code toolsLead containerization efforts using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes, ensuring reliable deployments into Kubernetes clustersCollaborate closely with engineering teams to align infrastructure, deployment, and operational strategies with the SDLC and secure software development practicesEstablish and advocate for effective branching strategies, versioning approaches, and development workflowsImplement robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to maintain high levels of system reliability and uptimeContinuously assess and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance automation, observability, and scalabilityDrive platform automation across provisioning, deployments, security controls, and operational workflowsRequirements
Proven experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated environmentDeep hands-on experience with Azure, especially Azure DevOps, including advanced YAML pipeline authoringSolid working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm, with a track record of deploying and running containerized applications in productionExpertise in Terraform and infrastructure automation, with a strong understanding of modular design and environment promotion workflowsA good understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure SDLC practicesStrong grasp of Git workflows, branching strategies, and semantic versioningA critical thinker who can break down complex problems and make sound decisions based on first principlesA proactive mindset with the ability to own challenges from inception to resolutionAn empathetic communicator who values diverse perspectives and constructive dialogueNice To Have
Relevant certifications in Azure DevOps or similar platformsExperience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet)Knowledge of security best practices in DevOpsBenefits
