Collections Advisor
Our client, a prominent organisation within the veterinary care sector, is currently seeking a Collections Advisor on a contract basis. This role is integral in ensuring thorough case management, providing expert coordination, and delivering high standards of service within the industry.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate cases from initial contact through to resolutionEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsProvide detailed case documentation and maintain accurate recordsCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersAnalyse case reports and data to identify patterns and improvementsOffer support and guidance to team members and associated personnelDevelop and implement case management strategiesConduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies as requiredJob Requirements:EssentialExperience in a customer service, contact-centre, collections, or client-facing role.Confident communicator with the ability to handle sensitive or challenging conversations calmly and professionally.Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records.Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with confidence using systems and technology.Willingness to learn, develop, and take on feedback.DesirablePrevious experience in collectionsExperience working in a regulated or client-sensitive environment (e.g. healthcare, financial services, utilities).Awareness of vulnerability or affordability considerations (training ..... full job details .....
