Event Producer and Community Architect (London) — Daybreaker is a global morning dance community with 800K+ members. We wake up and dance in iconic spaces around the world and focus on creating experiences that foster self-expression, connection, and joy. We are a Brooklyn-based family-led movement seeking a mindset oriented toward kindness, service, optimism, and joy, to help more people dance, play, and connect post-pandemic.As a member of the Daybreaker team, you will be welcomed into our global family and dedicated to spreading love and mischief around the world. You will be the face of Daybreaker London, responsible for building an engaged community, producing experiences, and promoting events to relevant audiences, with support from the Daybreaker HQ team.Responsibilities

Build and nurture an engaged, passionate local community.Produce mind-blowing morning dance and wellness experiences in iconic spaces.Find venues, source talent and performers, and cultivate a volunteer production team.Coordinate with vendors and sponsors, create local partnerships, and produce monthly events.Collaborate with marketing, communications, operations, branding, sponsorship, financing, and PR to support event delivery.Maintain Daybreaker’s brand and ensure experiences are memorable and aligned with our movement.Qualifications

Entrepreneurial mindset and independent, organized self-starter approach.Several years of event production experience.Strong network of creatives, young professionals, doers, and people who say yes to amazing experiences.Proven ability in community-building and in organizing people.Cultural savvy in the local arts scene; connected to the city’s music and arts communities.Experience in the startup/tech, health and wellness, or local arts and culture sectors preferred.Big heart, detail-oriented, hard-working, and capable of delivering end-to-end events that immerse participants.Ideal but not required: Burning Man participant.Availability for approximately 10 hours per week.Benefits
