THE ROLE As a Sales Office Manager, you ll lead a team of 6 (2 Customer Service Advisors, 4 Internal Sales staff) to drive sales growth, manage key client accounts, and enhance customer satisfaction. You ll spearhead process improvements, track KPIs, and contribute to strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence. Develop and implement strategies to hit sales and margin targets. Manage and grow relationships with an established client roster. Lead internal sales operations, coaching a team of 6 to excel. Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication channels. Provide expert product and service guidance to clients. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Use CRM systems (HubSpot would be great) to maintain accurate records. Analyse data and KPIs to drive performance improvements. Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales activity and conversions.
