Our client is looking to recruit a Key Accounts Support Administrator

Role Overview: To provide the best possible service to customers by overseeing the production process and ensuring customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with all areas of the business to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
• Creation of codes, BOM’s, routings and production orders in SAP.
• Ensure production orders are correctly planned, dated and processed according to business needs.
• Reports, including monitoring of daily live order reports, KPI reports for overdue and forward monitoring and expediting.
• Maintaining sales and production data within SAP, including pricing, part numbers text, material substitutions, labels, BOM’s & routings.
• Dealing with customers and suppliers as and when required.
• Following internal procedures relevant to daily tasks.
• Building relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Provide cross functional training as required.
• General admin duties as required.

Skills and Experience required:

• Proven experience in a busy sales environment
• Presentation Skills
• Negotiation Skills
• IT Skills (Excel)
• SAP
• Product knowledge in the Hydraulics Industry would be advantageous
• Driving license would be advantageous

Salary: £26,000 - £39,000 Dep. on Exp. 
The working hours are 40 per week. Monday to Thursday: 8:00am until 4:45pm and Friday: 8:00am until 3:30pm.
