The organisation champions the rights of disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs (SEN), helping schools and early years settings to become more inclusive, equitable and welcoming. About You and the Role As an Education Programme Manager, you will manage and deliver programmes across the organisation''s education and equalities work. Current areas include the Healthy Schools and Healthy Early Years London programmes, the EYSEND Partnership supporting early years and family hubs to improve inclusion, and national networks such as the Special Educational Consortium (SEC). Alongside programme delivery, you will gather and analyse evidence, contribute to consultation responses and help build consensus among a wide range of stakeholders.
