The firm are accepting applications from experienced Solicitors with a background in Family Law matters.You will play a key role in the team''s growth, delivering advice and representation across all areas of Family Law, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, domestic abuse, and other family-related disputes.This role demands both strong technical legal expertise and exceptional emotional intelligence, enabling you to guide clients through sensitive, complex matters while assessing case viability and exploring funding options.You should have exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills, demonstrating empathy, earning trust and respect, and showing a genuine interest in business development, including cultivating and maintaining referral sources.The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a contributory pension, private medical insurance, life insurance, and income protection, along with a discretionary annual staff bonus.
