Key Responsibilities:

  Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with autism and related needs

  Assist with delivering tailored learning and therapy sessions

  Help pupils develop social, communication, and life skills

  Support emotional regulation and implement positive behaviour strategies

  
  



• 
  

  Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support

  Assist with personal care when required

  Maintain accurate records and contribute to monitoring pupil progress
