Location: Hybrid (with occasional travel to London office and regional office once per month)

Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to make a strategic impact? We''re looking for a Strategic People Partner to join our dynamic People Team and help shape the future of our organisation.

As a Strategic People Partner, you''ll work closely with senior leaders across one of our key operational areas, Central Support, to deliver high-impact people strategies. You''ll be the bridge between business needs and HR expertise, driving performance, retention, and transformation initiatives.

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions
• Leading workforce planning, organisational design, and change projects
• Using people data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
• Collaborating across the People Team to ensure aligned and effective service delivery
• Acting as a technical expert on complex HR matters including TUPE, restructures, and performance management
• Championing employee engagement and communication strategies

• Proven experience in People Business Partnering, ideally in high-volume, regulated sectors (e.g., care, retail, hospitality)
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
• Confident in leading change and driving strategic initiatives
