You''ll work across a broad mix of contentious property matters including:Commercial landlord and tenant disputesLease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and break noticesProperty insolvency issuesFTT proceedings and management order applicationsEasements, boundary disputes and nuisance claimsFraud-related property disputesThe caseload is diverse, often high-profile, and you''ll have access to strong internal resources, an experienced team, and excellent support from wider departments including Real Estate and Insolvency.This firm has a strong track record of supporting junior lawyers with their development and ensuring early responsibility and progression routes.Ideal Candidate

Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1-3 years'' PQE in commercial property litigationExperience of handling (or assisting on) complex disputesSolid technical ability and commercial awarenessConfident communicator, able to work both independently and within a teamStrong organisational and time management skillsThe Firm
