Job Title: Night Shift Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out Project

Location: Glasgow
Contract Duration: 15 Weeks
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts (12 hours per shift)
Start Date: August 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Site Manager to lead the night operations on a high-profile retail fit-out project. This is a fast-paced, 15-week program requiring a strong, proactive leader to ensure smooth, efficient night-time site activity and delivery to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities during night shifts

• Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure productivity and safety

• Ensure works are delivered to the programme schedule and specification

• Maintain daily site reports and handover notes for the day team

• Enforce health & safety compliance across all aspects of the night shift

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for night-time deliveries

• Report progress to the Project Manager and flag any risks or delays

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing construction sites, ideally in retail fit-outs

• SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification essential

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work nights on a 12-hour shift pattern

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
