On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Minor Works Project Manager on an initial12 -month contract. As the Minor Works Project Manager you will be reporting directly to the HO Services Filton, and you will be responsible for managing multiple projects of up to 100,000 in value across multiple sitesRole: Minor Works Project Manager Pay: 40.00 per hour Via Umbrella Location: Filton Contract: Monday - Friday 35hours per week, 12 months IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: BPSSResponsibilities Creating a visual project plan.Implement safety measures where appropriate to reduce the frequency of workplace accidents and injuriesExecuting - managing the project and subcontractors'' safetyHave sound financial awareness - must understand margin control, application processes, final account negotiation, Schedule of rates, cost to complete etcEvaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.Ensuring any related operational policies and procedures are adhered to for the assigned projects.Set objectives in line with your organisation and client needs, which will include scope, content, timings, and budget.Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time, Obtaining and reviewing risk assessment method statements from third parties.
