This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in housing standards while developing your expertise within a supportive team environment. You will be part of a busy Private Sector Housing Team, investigating complaints, inspecting sites, licensing HMOs, and supporting colleagues in delivering key housing services.Responsibilities include: Carrying out HHSRS inspections and enforcement.Undertaking HMO licensing inspections to ensure compliance with housing standards.Assessing empty properties and working with owners to bring them back into use.Supporting landlord accreditation and ensuring student accommodation meets standards.Assisting with grant delivery (desirable but not essential).
