Operating within our Facilities Management Division and under the direction of the FM Supervisor, this mobile role involves travel between client locations throughout the day to carry out essential gas system maintenance and repairs. The engineer ensures all work complies with current legislation, client specifications, and safety standards while representing the company''s commitment to reliability and professionalism. Core Responsibilities Installation and Maintenance Install commercial gas appliances, pipework, and associated systems as per design and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct routine and reactive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial gas systems and boilers. Ensure gas systems are properly tested, commissioned, and certified before handover. Electrical and Control Systems Carry out fault finding and basic electrical diagnostics. Work with control panels and building management systems (BMS) where applicable. Safety and Compliance Work in line with Gas Safe regulations, relevant British Standards, and site-specific risk assessments.
