About the Job In this role, you will: Lead the Government Finance Academy: Provide strategic leadership for the Government Finance Academy (the Government Finance Function''s learning and development curriculum), delivering a high-quality, evidence-based and cost-effective learning offer that builds capability across a large, diverse finance workforce, ensuring the curriculum develops leadership, professional expertise and future-ready skills. Build a Future-Ready Learning Portfolio: Design and deliver a dynamic learning strategy and delivery plan aligned to organisational priorities, ensuring the curriculum evolves to meet current and future skills needs and delivers measurable impact.
