You will work closely with senior colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to provide strategic, commercially focused planning solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and submitting planning applications and appealsUndertaking site appraisals and planning policy researchDrafting high-quality Planning Statements and supporting reportsLiaising with Local Planning Authorities, consultees, and stakeholdersManaging smaller projects independently while supporting larger schemesAttending client meetings and site visitsMonitoring planning legislation and policy updatesCandidate RequirementsDegree in Town Planning or related disciplineMRTPI qualified or working towards ChartershipExperience within consultancy or local authorityGood understanding of the Welsh planning system (desirable)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProactive and organised approach to project managementWhat''s on OfferCompetitive ..... full job details .....
