Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Soft landscaping Pair; Specifically, a Foreman and Soft Landscaper, to start ASAP to cover the Aldershot and surrounding areas. You will be completing soft landscaping duties across residential and commercial spaces. One of you must have a driving license for this positonResponsibilitiesForeman: Lead the soft landscaping pair on-site and manage day-to-day operations. Interpret plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate project execution. Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, and internal teams. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety protocols. Maintain site documentation, including timesheets, materials used, and progress reports. Mentor and supervise the Soft Landscaper, providing on-the-job training as needed. Soft Landscaper: Assist with the installation of turf, planting schemes, mulching, soil conditioning, and irrigation systems. Prepare ground surfaces, including cultivation, leveling, and soil amendment. Follow direction from the Foreman and take initiative to ensure work progresses smoothly. Operate landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., rotavators, strimmers, etc.) safely and effectively.
