TRibuild Solutions are recruiting an Electrical Estimator for a leading M&E contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across London and the South East. As they continue to grow, they are looking to add an experienced Electrical Estimator to the commercial team.

The Role:
You''ll be responsible for preparing competitive and compliant electrical tenders on projects typically ranging from -5m to -30m, across both residential and commercial sectors. You will work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure our bids are accurate, timely, and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for medium to large-scale projects

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare costs

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

• Value engineering and buildability input to optimise cost and delivery

• Attend pre- and post-tender meetings as required

• Work collaboratively with the mechanical estimating and commercial teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E contracting sector

• Track record of estimating projects -5m+ in value

• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems in both residential and commercial environments

• Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail

• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
