Manage a circa 30+ employee workforce. Ensure staff are fully trained and identify areas of training needed to ensure that the workforce is competent and feels empowered and motivated. Responsible for the safety of the workforce and ensuring a safety first culture is at the centre of activities and all HR processes are adhered to. Ensure haulage routes are efficient and provide service excellence for customers. Maximise and fully utilise the haulage fleet. Ensure the budget is met, reviewed and costs monitored.
