This position is focused on the vegetable and fryer sections and would suit a reliable, experienced chef who enjoys producing quality food in a busy kitchen environment. The role would particularly suit a more mature chef with a strong background in pub, hotel, or traditional British food operations. You will be working as part of a professional brigade, preparing fresh ingredients and ensuring consistently high standards throughout service. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for the vegetable and fryer sections, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the required standards. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. Key Responsibilities Managing the vegetable and fryer sections during service. Preparing and cooking fresh ingredients to company standards. Maintaining consistency, quality, and portion control. Ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are followed.
