The successful candidate will deliver projects across the building sector, including commercial, residential, and industrial schemes.Responsibilities

Lead the design and analysis of structural projects across commercial, residential, and industrial buildingsProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and techniciansCollaborate with architects and contractorsContribute to proposals and bids, including estimating timescales and costs for prospective workUndertake site inspections and visits to verify compliance with design intent, specifications, and safety standardsPlan and manage project programmes, resources, and budgets to achieve successful deliveryRequirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively working towards chartership (IStructE/ICE)Minimum 6 years’ relevant structural engineering experienceStrong proficiency with structural analysis and design softwareProven track record delivering multi-disciplinary projectsExcellent knowledge of UK building regulations, codes, and standardsEffective leadership, communication, and team-collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving capability and a commitment to high-quality outcomesWhat’s on offer
