Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living and provide support and companionship

Follow care plans and ensure residents receive appropriate care

Provide one-to-one time with residents and build meaningful connections

Support residents with meals and hydration and assist with daily activities

About youTo join us as a Care Assistant you''ll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you''ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents. Experience of caring for older people (preferred)
