You''ll oversee a team of around 75+ people across multiple cross-functional squads, covering engineering, QA, DevOps, platform, architecture and delivery. Reporting directly to the board, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our teams deliver on time, on budget and to the highest standards of technical excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment. You''ll work closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to align technology execution with business outcomes, while maintaining the agility to pivot and respond rapidly to market changes.
