The role involves managing a wide variety of vehicles including Electric and Hybrid models, with access to the latest repair techniques and systems. Regular liaison with insurance engineers, manufacturers, dealerships, and customers will form a key part of the job.The Estimator will also:Create accurate damage assessments following manufacturer repair methodsUse systems such as Audatex and Autoflow (or similar bodyshop management platforms)Plan and manage daily workload to meet Service Level AgreementsMaintain a high standard of repair knowledge and customer serviceAct as a professional representative in all communications and engagementsCandidate Profile:Applicants must have proven experience in a similar Estimator/VDA role within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
