Monday to Friday – 0800 until 1600

Our client, based in Adderbury ( Banbury ) are looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the yard area, handling materials and supporting daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and safety.

The Role – Yard Operative  

Key accountabilites –

• Moving materials, goods and equipment safely and efficiently
• Organising and maintaining the yard in a clean, tidy and orderly condition
• Supporting other team members and departments as required
• Carrying out general housekeeping duties across the yard and work areas

Pay & benefits –

• £14.00 per hour  
• Temp to perm opportunity

Requirements –

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
