In this role, you''ll be responsible for generating new business by engaging with employers and decision-makers across the region. You''ll build and manage your own pipeline using a mix of cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and face-to-face meetings. You''ll take ownership of the full sales process - from lead generation through to closing - with the freedom to manage your own diary and territory.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Sales - ideally within Apprenticeships, Recruitment, or Tech Sales.

This role would suit someone who wants to work with freedom, earn well, meet people face-to-face, and thrive in a role where results matter more than red tape.

The Role:

  • Generate new business

  • Build a pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking

  • Attend client meetings both in-person and online

  • Work flexibly between home, office, and the field

  • Manage your own diary and territory


The Person:

  • Background in B2B Sales, Apprenticeship Sales, Recruitment, or Tech Sales

  • Strong communicator with a track record of hitting sales targets

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and confident meeting clients

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
