This is a delivery-focused role - someone who can engage stakeholders, roll up their sleeves, and get changes deployed with confidence.What you''ll do:Lead the initial testing phase and progress approved changes into production.Own and apply updates through the change-control process.Conduct conditional access discovery and refine policies as needed.Build, implement, and document access policies across Microsoft Entra ID.Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth delivery.Troubleshoot complex IAM and access issues with speed and accuracy.What you bring:Strong expertise in IAM, authentication, and authorization concepts.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and Identity Protection.Proven track record managing the conditional access life cycle end-to-end.Proficiency with PowerShell and related Scripting for automation and analysis.Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Current SC Clearance.Eames Consulting is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
